VILLE LÄHTEENMÄKI TRIO
Ville Lähteenmäki Trio is a free-spirited and explosive band from Finland and Norway. The group’s music is a mesmerizing mix of intense interplay, powerful expression and far-reaching improvisations, influenced by the great innovators of 1960’s and 1970’s free/spiritual jazz, like Pharoah Sanders, Archie Shepp, Alice Coltrane and Albert Ayler. The trio released their critically acclaimed debutalbum “Introducing: Ville Lähteenmäki Trio” in the summer of 2022 as a tribute to their greatest heroes in music, but also with eyes open towards the future of jazz. The band is currently working on their second album.

INNEC
INNEC is a fresh band based in Amsterdam that tries to explore new paths in music – postmodern directions rooted in the flexuous time we are living. With their name based on Wassilly Kandinky’s concept of Inner Necessity, their music mixes free improvisation with challenging but open compositions where strong individual voices of each musician can simultaneously shine and melt in unity.
