On October, 29, Space is the Place, in collaboration with the BIMHUIS, presented a spectacular afternoon in the Dokzaal, a hidden gem in the center of Amsterdam. The ICP Orchestra, the godfathers of improvisation music in Amsterdam, still with Han Bennink at the helm, continues to play with dedication, inventiveness and courage even after 56 years. Also on the program were young, strong musicians with a love for the ICP aesthetics and afterwards the famous homemade croquettes by John Pastinaak and Luc Ex.
